Troubleshooter Janitorial Position – Full Time
ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a reliable and motivated Troubleshooter to join our team!
We are looking for someone who can help maintain quality standards across our janitorial accounts by responding to cleaning needs, assisting teams, and ensuring facilities are properly maintained.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Some weekends as needed
Pay:
- $16.50 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement provided
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to travel between job locations as needed
- Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift, move supplies, and complete physical cleaning tasks
Job Duties Include:
- Responding to cleaning needs at different locations
- Supporting janitorial teams when needed
- Performing quality checks and correcting cleaning issues
- Completing general janitorial duties, including restrooms, floors, trash removal, and other assigned tasks
- Communicating updates and concerns with management
