Leasing Consultant

We’re seeking an energetic, engaging Leasing Consultant to manage leasing activities and support the Property Manager in daily operations. Must be available to work weekends and travel to sister properties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show and lease apartments
• Post and monitor online ads daily
• Answer phones and use professional leasing techniques
• Process applications (income verification, credit, background checks)
• Conduct move-ins and collect rents/deposits
• Maintain accurate records
• Stay current on local market conditions
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance
• Support the Community Manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• 2+ years of property management experience (large property experience preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish a strong plus
• Yardi or similar software a plus
• Strong marketing skills; proficient in MS Word & Excel
