Security Shift Supervisor

Description

As a Security Shift Supervisor at Boomtown, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our casino and hotel during your designated shift. You will be tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and assets while maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of security personnel during your shift

- Monitor and patrol the restaurant premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and any other potential security threats

- Handle any security-related incidents that may occur, including but not limited to, disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies

- Conduct regular security inspections to identify and address any security vulnerabilities

- Train and educate employees on security policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security-related incidents and reports

- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed

- Implement and enforce Verdi Grillhouse's safety and security policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in security management or a related field

- Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations

- Knowledge of security best practices and procedures

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
