Hadco Metal Trading, a long-stable, widely recognized distributor of semi-finished metals and plastics, is looking to hire experienced Industrial Machine Operators for their metal cutting operations in their Claremore facility.Ā
The Metal Saw Operators will work a 1st shift with 8-10 hours per shift Sunday-Saturday.

Position Summary:
As a Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for cutting aluminum, stainless steel, engineering grade plastic, and other alloys to meet customer specifications.Ā
Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and/or CNC saws and machinery to accurately cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
- Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.
- Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout the cutting processes.
- Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.
- Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- Solid math skills, including measuring with fractions and decimals
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Familiar with ERP or similar production operations, inventory, or warehouse management systems
- Minimum 18 years of age
