Simmonds Precision is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assembler I. In this role, you’ll work hands-on building precision components used in aerospace applications — where quality, safety, and teamwork matter every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly tasks
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production procedures
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment (soldering, potting, measuring devices)
  • Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Support rework and unique assembly processes as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–6 months of hands-on or production experience (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable, motivated, and ready to work
