Duration: 3-5 Months 

Position Summary

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, record management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters and policies
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Support payroll and benefits administration tasks 
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
