As the TINA Supply Chain Focal, you’ll serve as a key connector between Supply Chain, Contracts, Program Management, and our customer proposal teams—ensuring all Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and FAR Part 15 requirements are met with precision and transparency. You’ll coordinate complex proposal activities, analyze vendor quotes for compliance, and drive effective bidding strategies that strengthen Simmonds Precision’s competitive edge in the government contracting space.

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate proposal activities with purchasing, subcontracts, program office, customer contracts, and compliance to ensure all Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements are satisfied before proposal submittal to the customer
- Communicate proposal change information with supply chain team members (Cost Analysts, Buyers, Sourcing)
- Develop procurement bidding strategy for customer proposals.
- Analyze vendor quotes upon receipt to ensure compliance with Simmonds and United States Government (USG) regulations
- Continuously requests data from supply chain team to ensure disclosure of data to program team
- Lead a cross functional discussion and provide recommendations on necessary actions to achieve TINA compliance
- Provide recommendations to supply chain in support of commercial item determinations
- Support customer proposal follow up actions to include audit and negotiations
- Completion of TINA checklist on behalf of supply chain for Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15 customer proposals

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience supporting proposals subject to the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
- Knowledge of FAR Part 15 and related government procurement regulations
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
