Simmonds Precision is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assembler I. In this role, youâll work hands-on building precision components used in aerospace applications â where quality, safety, and teamwork matter every day.

What Youâll Do
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly tasks
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production procedures
- Use basic hand tools and equipment (soldering, potting, measuring devices)
- Perform function, electrical, mechanical and/or leak testing as required
- Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Support rework and unique assembly processes as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines
What Weâre Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0â6 months of hands-on or production experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to work
