Simmonds Precision is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assembler I. In this role, you’ll work hands-on building precision components used in aerospace applications — where quality, safety, and teamwork matter every day.

What You’ll Do

Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly tasks
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production procedures
Use basic hand tools and equipment (soldering, potting, measuring devices)
Perform function, electrical, mechanical and/or leak testing as required
Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
Support rework and unique assembly processes as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent
0–6 months of hands-on or production experience (preferred, not required)
Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
Willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable, motivated, and ready to work
