Simmonds Precision is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assembler I. In this role, you’ll work hands-on building precision components used in aerospace applications — where quality, safety, and teamwork matter every day.

Whether you’re starting your manufacturing career or bringing some experience with you, this is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build something real.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly tasks
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production procedures
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment (soldering, potting, measuring devices)
  • Perform function, electrical, mechanical and/or leak testing as required
  • Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Support rework and unique assembly processes as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–6 months of hands-on or production experience (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable, motivated, and ready to work

Additional Details

  • PPE required (safety glasses, protective clothing as needed)
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs
