The Production Control Systems & Routing Specialist serves as the primary routing authority and leads Global Shop / ERP integration at Masaba.
This role is responsible for generating accurate information packets for the production floor and ensuring smooth workflow in collaboration with the Steel Fab Specialist.
Candidates should have strong data architecture knowledge and experience in Global Shop / ERP systems, along with effective interpersonal skills.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per year.
The specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the information flow between Engineering, Production Control, and Purchasing.

General JOB Description

The Production Control Systems & Routing Specialist is the company’s primary routing authority and Production Control’s lead on Global Shop / ERP integration. The role takes on primary routing volume and generates the information packets the floor needs, working closely with the Steel Fab Specialist to keep work flowing. With strong data-architecture and systems knowledge, this drives Masaba’s Global Shop initiatives and connects Engineering to Production Control to Purchasing — enabling more routing within Engineering alongside Manufacturing Engineering & Programming. This role exists to support the floor.

key responsibilities

Serve as the primary routing resource for all Masaba projects.
Generate accurate information and work packets for the floor.
Work closely with the Production Control Specialist to keep work flowing.
Lead Production Control’s role in Global Shop / ERP integration.
Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to enable more routing within Engineering.
Strengthen the Engineering → Production Control → Purchasing information flow.

qualifications

Highly effective team player with solid interpersonal skills
Strong overall computer skills.
Strong existing knowledge of Global Shop / ERP.
Genuine grasp of data architecture and how information systems work.
Ability to route across all Masaba product lines.
Effective partner to Engineering, Purchasing, and the floor.
