Specialist 2 - Processing Technician (Pre-roll packaging equipment)

Pre-roll Packaging Technician The Pre-roll Packaging Technician is responsible for the production of pre-rolls in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position requires a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to standard operating procedures for preparing materials and efficiently creating pre-rolls while ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the safe operation of machinery, equipment, and instrumentation relevant to pre-roll production.
• Stand for extended periods and perform detailed, manual work using hands to complete tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and maintain workflow, ensuring a seamless production process.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and management, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping practices within the production plant by ensuring the assigned work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
• Perform other tasks and duties as needed to support the production team and meet organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks with attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the overall success of the production process.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check as required.
• Must be willing to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
