Schedule: this is a full-time role that will work a M-F, 8a-5p schedule.

How you’ll contributeÂ
AÂ Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Â who excels in this role evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Additional responsibilities include:
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and be a licensed SLP in Utah. Additional requirements include:
CCC-SLP certification
Basic Life Support certification is required within 60 days of hire.
