About the Team:
What you can look forward to as an Engineering Manager
- Manage and direct the execution of plant engineering initiatives, including layouts, production equipment, process flows, tooling, and test systems.
- Lead industrialization efforts for new remanufacturing lines and business opportunities.
- Prepare and support business cases for new engineering and production projects.
- Oversee day‑to‑day department performance with broad autonomous decision‑making.
- Identify training needs, resource requirements, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage engineering staff, assign responsibilities, and conduct performance reviews.
- Own and manage product design changes that impact production processes.
- Support engineering change management processes (ECN) and documentation updates.
- Coordinate technical documentation, specifications, and customer engineering requests.
- Support new product/engineering projects from definition to implementation.
- Oversee and ensure proper functionality of test benches across the facility.
Your profile as an Engineering Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in:
- Process / Industrial Engineering (AME)
- Manufacturing / Remanufacturing
- Product or Design Engineering
- Controls, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
- Maintenance, Test Engineering, or Supplier/Customer Quality
- Prior experience managing engineering teams, projects, and technical programs

The expected base compensation for this role is $110,700 - $138,40. Annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
