SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $104,000 - $156,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role. Â

Summary
This role will have a primary focus on completing multi-year projects that enable Lending Product Management (LPM) to meet its goals in the future. Working together with other LPM team members, the role focuses on gathering requirements, estimating effort, and working to manage projects both cross-functionally and with external partners.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all projects on the product & portfolio roadmap, ensuring that projects are being completed in a timely manner and overcoming any obstacles in project delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with Digital, Operations, Marketing, Lending Technology, Sales Enablement, and other internal teams to deliver desired functionality as well as projected ROI on projects.
- Serve as the point of contact to external stakeholders who have a role in projects.
- Identifies and communicates risks and risk mitigation plans to product leadership with limited oversight.
- Manage external vendor partners to maintain ongoing business operations and to implement special projects.
- Analyze current member segments and existing product management plans to inform strategy, pricing, and campaign prioritization.
- Identify and prioritize gaps in campaign strategy and attrition, with a focus on developing strategies and executing projects that mitigate attrition and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Outline key membership journeys and the strategies that serve each journey. Recommend any changes required to be more competitive for specific types of journeys.
- Comfortable communicating complex requirements to other individuals.
- Wholistic understanding of the product roadmap, development of the product roadmap, and why the projects are important to growth.
- Produce independent analytics with little support given most projects require some analytical output from product by other internal/external teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in analytics, product management, or project management.
- Prior experience with project management & working cross-functionally in an organization.
- Financial institution experienced preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user (experience with pivot tables, advanced charting, VBA and macros, simulation, and solver).
- Prior experience utilizing relational databases, some SQL experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to formulate and present conclusions based on large sets of data.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex projects into actionable steps, keeping the project on time and working to overcome any obstacles.
- Highly collaborative; ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
