Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our Creative Center of Excellence team. This role combines strong conceptual thinking with expert-level design skills to develop compelling visual solutions that align with brand strategy and business objectives. Supporting industry-leading brands across Brunswick Boat Group, this role will work closely with creative leadership, digital and performance teams, as well as brand marketing leads to develop, create, execute and deliver design materials that position Brunswickāand our boat brandsāas the leader in the marine
industry.

Essential Functions:
Ā· Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual assets across digital and print channels, including campaigns, brand collateral, presentations, social media graphics, advertising, and web assets.
Ā· Develops a deep understanding of our brands and how to convey personality uniquely across mediums. Consider brand positioning, marketing goals, and audience insights at all touchpoints.
Ā· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. marketing, production, project management, copywriters) to create content that translates briefs into thoughtful, effective creative solutions.
Ā· Develop and produce high-quality design work from concept through final production.
Ā· Maintain brand consistency and adherence to platform guidelines (image specs, aspect ratios, style).
Ā· Manage design files, organize deliverables, and meet aggressive deadlines with strong project coordination.
Ā· Present creative ideas, designs, and rationale to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Ā· Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Ā· Guide other creatives to maximize output.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
Ā· 8-10 years of graphic design experience with a graphic design firm, advertising agency, in-house corporate graphics department, and/or freelance business.
Ā· Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite with experience in video editing, motion graphics, photography, UI/UX a plus.
Ā· Must be able to clearly communicate direction to others.
Ā· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ā· Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Ā· Contribute ideas that push creative boundaries and enhance brand storytelling.
Working Conditions:
Ā· Hybrid, in office 3x per week
TheĀ anticipatedĀ pay range for this position isĀ $76,300-110,000,Ā annually.Ā Ā The actual base pay offeredĀ willĀ vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills,Ā relevantĀ experience, business needs,Ā andĀ geographic location.Ā Ā In addition to base pay, this positionĀ isĀ eligible forĀ an annual discretionaryĀ bonus.Ā Ā
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of theĀ salaryĀ range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent uponĀ the specifics of the candidateās qualifications and the business context.
