Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum for toddlers.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress regularly.
- Encourage independence and self-directed learning among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Valid Montessori teaching certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Flexible, patient, and creative demeanor.
