Tier 1 Field Technician will be responsible for: Â
- Daily technical support Â
- Installation of desktops, servers, and other network infrastructure equipment in a wide variety of industries and environments Â
- Responding to incoming support calls and email support requests, and providing timely remote and onsite repair of end user issues Â
- Basic knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, network design, management, and security are required

Requirements Â
- This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM or as required. Â
- High school diploma or equivalent Â
- Some college, pertinent experience, and/or certifications are preferred

- A valid driver’s license
