Our LPNs in the Practice Setting are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Scheduling appointments for patients. Coordinating with after-hours care and inputting information in the patient record and following up. Providing clinical advice to patients over the phone or by messaging. Assisting providers with appointments and examinations. Using a customer service attitude to attend to the needs of patients. Following the procedure for authorized medication administration and documentation. Performing treatments as directed including administering injectables. Managing clinic flow and ensuring patients are seen in an orderly manner. Maintaining patient records with superb attention to detail. Performing equipment checks and stocking supplies. Executing physician orders, scheduling follow-up appointments, and facilitating referrals. Communicating and collaborating with other members of the clinical team.
