JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing Guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company’s high standards of Guest Service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Responsible for receiving payment from food and beverage Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Accurately input and account for all revenue associated with the service or sale of food and beverage product in the Micros computer register.
• Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the Company.
• Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Guests upon arrival and/or the prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
• Verifies reservations, if required, before seating Guests.
• May initially handle guest complaints and notify Supervisor to resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
• Participates as a team member with, Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Guest Service.
• All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous cashier experience preferred. Ability to quickly and accurately input guest selections into the Micros computer.
