Maintenance Mechanics

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Some Saturdays required

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to lead and support maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLCs, and welding, along with proven stability and leadership in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and PLCs
• Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed
• Minimize downtime and support continuous production operations
• Maintain compliance with food safety and safety standards
• Coordinate maintenance activities and support production teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance experience
• Strong experience with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and welding
• Food industry experience required
• Proven job stability in previous roles
• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed
