The Paint Line Worker is responsible for painting lighting products. They must operate with strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines without comprising quality of work.  

 

Duties + Responsibilities 

  • Paint lighting products as determined and trained by supervisor 
  • Ensure all lighting product paint projects are completed with a strong attention to detail and according to customer specifications and deadlines 
  • Maintain an overall understanding of the processes involved with lighting product manufacturing  
  • Uphold strong quality control standards and comply with all company safety protocols 
  • Ensure that all paint and machine components are at the correct levels including but not limited to acid titration, temperature, spray time, spray pressure, and PH range.  

 

Skills + Specifications 

  • Ability to handle a large variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity without compromising quality of work or deadline adherence  
  • Possess agility and adaptability to work collaboratively and cross departmentally  
  • Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentality  
  • Possess strong communication skills 
  • Ability to operate a forklift if necessary
