This is NOT new construction or commercial work.

Every day brings a new challenge. One minute you're diagnosing a tricky electrical issue, the next you're installing a whole-home surge protector, EV charger, smart home device, or helping a family protect what matters most.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the trusted electrical expert homeowners rely on.

Every service call is an opportunity to:

⚡ Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems

Perform comprehensive electrical safety inspections

Identify code violations and hidden safety concerns

Recommend upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability

Create and present your own repair and replacement estimates

Build trust with homeowners through education—not pressure

Achieve production goals while delivering five-star customer experiences

⚙️ Install Cool Stuff

You'll work on projects including:

• Electrical panel upgrades

• Service replacements

• Breakers & dedicated circuits

• Whole-home surge protection

• EV charger installations

• Ceiling fans & lighting

• Switches & receptacles

• GFCI & AFCI protection

• Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors

• Generator connections

• Whole-home electrical upgrades

• Residential remodel electrical work

Bring Homes Into the Future

You'll also install and service today's smart home technology, including:

• Smart thermostats

• HVAC control wiring

• Video doorbells

• Smart home devices

• Landscape lighting

• Wi-Fi-enabled home comfort systems

• Indoor air quality controls

• Low-voltage communication wiring

❄️ Work Alongside Our HVAC Team

Our electricians are an important part of delivering complete home comfort.

You'll assist with:

• HVAC electrical diagnostics

• Thermostat wiring

• Disconnects and dedicated circuits

• Indoor air quality products

• UV lights

• Humidifiers & dehumidifiers

• Ventilation systems

• Electrical support during HVAC equipment replacements

️ What We're Looking For

We're searching for professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping people.

You'll be successful if you have:

✅ 5+ years of residential electrical service experience

✅ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

✅ Residential retrofit experience

✅ Low-voltage installation experience

✅ Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ The ability to explain solutions in a way homeowners understand

✅ A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Florida Journeyman Electrician License is preferred—but not required.

HVAC electrical experience is a plus!
