Milenis Home Care is recruiting compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional Pediatric Caregivers in Vero Beach and throughout Indian River County.
We welcome candidates from a variety of child-care backgrounds, including:
- HHA / CNA
- Assistant Teachers
- Preschool / Daycare Assistants
- ABA Assistants / Behavioral Support Staff
- Nannies
- Special-needs caregivers
- Experienced childcare professionals
You do not need to come from a traditional home-care background to be considered. If you have meaningful professional experience caring for children and are willing to meet Milenis and applicable Florida home-care requirements, we want to hear from you.

What You May Do
Responsibilities depend on each child's individual care plan and may include:
- Companionship and attentive supervision
- Age-appropriate play and activities
- Reading, games, crafts, and educational activities
- Supporting established developmental and behavioral routines
- Assistance with age-appropriate activities of daily living
- Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Meal and snack preparation
- Feeding assistance as appropriate
- Mobility and positioning assistance
- Support for children with autism
- Support for children with developmental or physical disabilities
- Reinforcement of established routines and goals as directed by the family and care plan
- Accompaniment to appointments or activities when authorized
- Light housekeeping related to the child's care
- Safety monitoring
- Documentation and communication with the Milenis care team and family
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have experience as a:
HHA • CNA • Assistant Teacher • Teacher's Aide • Preschool Assistant • Daycare Assistant • Childcare Worker • ABA Assistant • Behavioral Support Staff • Nanny • Special-Needs Caregiver • Pediatric Caregiver
