This role serves as the first line of communication and administrative support in all human resources matters with clientele


Essential Functions

  • Ensure companies are compliant with HRIS, payroll, benefits and recordkeeping

  • Maintaining employee/HR records, including new hire set up, I9 validation, all monthly payroll changes and ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation

  • Lead the implementation of all onboarding, orientation, employee relations and off-boarding needs

  • Creation, review and help in administration of appraisal/performance management programs

  • Assistance in coordination of benefits enrollments for companies

  • Ability to compose, assimilate employee handbooks

  • Practical knowledge of FMLA, ADA

  • Ability to participate in recruitment and on-boarding activities

  • Answer emails in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service

  • Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all clients inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling

  • Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials

  • Performs other related activities as assigned


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

  • Human Resources Certification preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines

  • Detail oriented

  • Analysis and reporting skills a plus

  • Ability to work under your own initiative

  • Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, required

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, various HRIS preferred

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
