About the Role

Jump in and keep things moving! As a counter server, you'll be the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days.

You'll greet guests with good vibes, take and ring up orders, and keep the line moving smoothly. You'll handle pick-up orders by phone and at the counter, toss salads, scoop ice cream, finish pizzas in the ovens, and help keep food flowing. If you're 18 or older, you may also serve drinks at the bar. You'll restock supplies, keep the restaurant clean, and work alongside a great, inclusive team!

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings effort and a positive attitude to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
Must be 16+ years old to apply.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

Verona is open Sunday-Thursday from 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-10pm. Counter server shifts are typically scheduled from 9/10am-4/5pm for lunch and 3/4pm-11pm/12am for dinner.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Part-time and full-time hours available.
