What You’ll Do as an OTR:

  • Evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning

  • Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans

  • Promote independence in everyday activities—dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and meaningful routines

  • Support safe transitions, equipment needs, and environmental adaptations

  • Educate caregivers, staff, and families to enhance outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members

  • Deliver skilled therapy services across skilled nursing and assisted living settings

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation

What You Bring:

  • Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)

  • Passion for supporting older adults in maximizing independence and quality of life

  • Strong clinical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

  • A positive, flexible, resident-centered mindset

Qualifications


  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
