About the Role

Be the "Big Cheese" on shift! You lead the team and keep everything running smoothly in all departments.

As a Supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well-assigned. You'll also support new crew training, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Ian's Pizza are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader position in food/beverage industry.
Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
Must be 18+ years old to apply.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

Verona is open Sunday-Thursday from 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-10pm. Shifts start as early as 9am and end as late as 11:30pm.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix - evening and weekend availability required!

Part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.
