The Role

The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for Midmark Service Plans, Cloud Subscriptions, and Parts & Accessories across all business units. This role focuses on proactive outreach, quoting, closing, and renewal management to maximize aftermarket revenue and customer satisfaction.

You’ll partner closely with Field Sales, Customer Experience, and Technical Services teams to drive attachment rate growth and long-term customer value.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries for service plans and warranties
  • Educate customers on service offerings, coverage options, and value propositions
  • Generate, deliver, and follow up on quotes to close sales
  • Manage leads, opportunities, renewals, and orders through Salesforce and ERP systems
  • Ensure accurate order entry and documentation
  • Collaborate with field sales and customer experience teams on account strategy
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and reporting initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and service processes
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer relationship management
  • Healthcare or medical equipment experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong persuasive selling and customer communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Beginning to working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
