Senior Print & Mail Services Specialist
Bring Exceptional Service to the Workplace

Ricoh is seeking a customer-focused Senior Workplace Services Specialist to support daily office operations, print services, mail distribution, shipping/receiving, facilities coordination, and workplace support activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and clients, ensuring efficient business operations and an outstanding workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and support high-volume print, copy, scanning, binding, and document production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service requests when needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipping, receiving, and distribution services.
  • Maintain office supply inventories and support workplace logistics.
  • Coordinate service requests, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Support meeting room and conference room setup, workplace moves, and light facilities functions.
  • Assist with document imaging, records management, filing, archiving, and retrieval activities.
  • Perform occasional reception and hospitality duties, including visitor support.
  • Track production activities, service metrics, inventory levels, and operational reports.
  • Ensure work areas, equipment, and supply locations remain organized and fully stocked.
  • Deliver completed projects and materials throughout the facility as needed.
  • Support additional workplace services and operational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in office services, print production, mail services, workplace operations, facilities support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience operating office equipment, production printers, mailroom equipment, or shipping/receiving systems preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license may be required based on site needs.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
