Arctic Bear Plumbing, Heating, Air & Water Treatment is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join their team in Binghamton, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HVAC installation projects for residential systems
  • Install gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigerant piping
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems on-site
  • Supervise and train HVAC installers and helpers
  • Ensure all work meets local code, safety standards, and company quality standards
  • Communicate with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer or HVAC Technician
  • Experience with residential HVAC systems
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong HVAC technical knowledge
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

The starting base salary range for this position is $20-$35/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
