Requirements

As a Guest Service Associate, you’re the first smile our guests see and the positive energy that sets the tone for their entire experience. We’re looking for:

• Outgoing, people-loving superstars who bring warmth, enthusiasm, and confidence to every interaction
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable attitude that shines
• A polished, professional appearance at all times
• Comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Sales experience is preferred (especially if you love chatting and connecting!)
• A genuine desire to build real relationships with guests
• Passion for supporting and representing EWC’s empowering values
