ARE YOU THE MULTI-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Multi-Site Property Manager!

  • Experience in affordable housing industry
  • Prior experience as a site manager
  • Understanding of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and dependable
  • Ability to travel to each site weekly with established office hours at each location

Previous multi-site management experience, strong organizational skills, and a high level of comfort with technology and property management software are preferred.


WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position in which you will dispatch directly from home each day to your assigned communities and are not required to report to a central office before visiting your properties.


As our Multi-Site Property Manager, you'll travel directly from home to your assigned communities, guiding applicants through the affordable housing process, supporting resident recertifications, and serving as the primary connection between residents, maintenance teams, and Red Oak Management Co. Inc. You'll ensure work orders and unit turns stay on track, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain safe, welcoming communities by upholding lease requirements and community standards.
