JOB SUMMARY
Position Summary
Work in kitchen with the responsibility of preparing and producing menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare food daily as outlined.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
- Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production.
- Ensure proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with state local and regulatory agencies as it relates to food service
- All other duties as assign.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
- Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; Prior experience necessary.
