Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and delivers high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

• Perform drywall repairs, minor carpentry touch-ups, and surface prep

• Protect furniture, floors, and job sites before and during work

• Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent quality

• Follow job specifications, timelines, and safety procedures

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Complete additional tasks as directed by management

Requirements

• Prior painting experience preferred (residential or commercial)

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude, coachable, and dependable
