Warhorse Rentals, Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a driven, customer-focused Inside Rental Coordinator to help launch our new stand-alone Victor location. Prepare accurate rental quotes and orders, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into rentals. Coordinate with outside rental sales, dispatch, and the branch team to support timely equipment delivery and pickup. Maintain customer records, rental contracts, and transaction activity in company systems. Recommend complementary equipment, attachments, and services while delivering responsive, professional support. QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING 2+ years of successful inside sales, customer service, or rental-industry experience preferred. Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve rental targets. Comfort using CDK or similar systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet-based applications.
