We're seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Victorville team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact.

What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
Support funding source communication as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
