Job Summary |
The primary responsibility of the Operations Supervisor is to supervise the receipt and shipment of materials, supplies, and products. Â The Supervisor leads, trains, and develops hourly team members to accurately receive, validate, and ship products in alignment with specified requirements. Â This position will be responsible for developing work group standard for performance to measure and improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy while following distribution standard operating procedures. Â Additionally, this position will resolve time-sensitive issues for expedited shipments and receipts. |

Work Environment This position works within in a distribution work setting with multiple dock doors and minimal temperature control.
