Land Maintenance

Overview

This position is responsible for general land and grounds maintenance, primarily mowing and cutting grass around designated properties and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Mow and cut grass using mowing equipment
• Perform weed eating and basic vegetation control
• Maintain property and work areas to keep them clean and well maintained
• Operate lawn/grounds maintenance equipment safely
• Perform basic equipment inspections before use
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Perform other general land maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous mowing, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience operating lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and other grounds maintenance equipment preferred
• Ability to safely operate and maintain mowing equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working for extended periods
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow company procedures
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
