What You'll Do
- Support Project Managers in overseeing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Help manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting
- Maintain organized project records and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–5+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
