This position will be located at the Millwood corporate office in Vienna, OH.

Reporting Relationships 

This position reports to the Systems Development & Implementation Director. This role had no direct reports.

Position Summary 

The Software Engineer role at Millwood, Inc. is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting software solutions that align with business needs and operational processes. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable applications and continuously improve existing systems. 

Software Engineers are expected to contribute across the full development lifecycle—including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support—while adhering to established coding standards and documentation practices. Depending on level, the role may also include increased ownership of projects, mentoring of team members, and influence on technical direction.
