Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with 6+ years, to support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and enhancements with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidates will have hands-on development experience in Salesforce technologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Work extensively on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and Service Cloud implementations. Sales Cloud experience is a plus.
- Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to work on requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Federal compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- MUST: Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PD2.
- Added Advantage: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) & Service Cloud.
- Experience with Sales Cloud is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Experience working on US Federal/Government projects is preferred.
- Public Trust Clearance is required and eligible to obtain it.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator, are required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
