This Team Member Must uphold the Artemis Wax Core Values: We are Team Players We Play to Win We Bring the Energy We are Committed Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques. Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts & delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction. Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results. Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites. Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values. Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.   Work Environment Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors. Must be able to adapt to change in activity frequently as the business requires. Most work performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled. Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required. Length of time at these tasks varies from day to day. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with clients, co-workers, and management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective consultations with guests. Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and efficient waxing services. Self-motivated and process focused. Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels. Outstanding communication skills. Knowledge of skincare and waxing products, with the ability to recommend products based on individual guest needs. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Adherence to all state sanitation and licensing requirements.
