SAIC is hiring a Database Engineer to design and implement enterprise geospatial database solutions supporting mission‑critical applications. You will guide customers through data management strategies and implement secure, scalable environments.Â

Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high‑availability database solutions.
- Collaborate across the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Configure and maintain enterprise DB environments (backup, restore, HA/DR).
- Monitor performance and tune databases (query optimization, indexing).
- Implement security controls and compliance standards.
- Automate routine tasks for efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance for migrations, integrations, and enterprise architectures.Â
