Position Location: 100% On-site Pay Rate: $14.15/hour Benefits: 403(b) Retirement Plan; Complimentary tickets to select performances; Discounts at Concessions and the Gift Shop Contact Information: amyr@wolftrap.org or call 703.937.6304   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Artist Hospitality: organize, document, and purchase food and beverage inventory, set up and break down dressing rooms daily, and ensure a clean and inviting space for artists throughout the season. Box Office: sell tickets, answer patron questions, run ticket reports, and keep Will Call and Group Sales tickets organized for day-of pickup. Artist Merchandise: organize and count in and out artist inventory, set up and break down selling area daily, complete sales transactions using Toast software, and reconcile sales and run sales reports. Attend and present pertinent information at weekly production meetings. Provide support for auxiliary activities such as Artist Workshops, Stay & Play, and onsite mascot (Wolfie) appearances. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent customer service skills and experience with monetary transactions. Must have a customer-service oriented mindset and maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent communication and time management skills, detail-oriented, and computer efficiency. Must be available 30-40 hours a week from June-August, including early mornings and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.   We’re pleased to consider applicants who will be physically located in and who will have a local address in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia for the duration of their employment.
