Job Summary
Commercial Account Managers are the primary sale force for our commercial services, this includes traditional pest control services and the SMART solutions. CAMs offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain the associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
Principal Responsibilities
Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s established service area.
Calls and visits prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
Respond daily to phone and email requests from new potential commercial customers and existing customers.
Place outbound phone calls to previous customers to generate leads and new business as well as outbound cold calls.
Coordinate with Commercial Sales Administration team to complete sales quotes and contracts.
Partners with Branch Manager and Technical team om presenting SMART solutions.
Maintain relationships with current customers and identifyopportunity to upsell or upgrade services.
Evaluate feedback from customer and adjust sales technique as needed.
Meets and exceeds sales and productivity targets
Update the lead management system for all quotes-sold or unsold and forward the information to the appropriate branch.
Complete follow up calls and record the activity in the lead management system.
Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed.
Provide excellent level of customer service to new and current customers.
Assist the Accounting Department with collections and ensuring customer payment methods up to date as needed.
Contribute to building a positive team environment with strong morale among team members
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
2year of sales or sales support role. -19 years of sales experience
Experience with direct consumer sales, and pest management preferred.-Over 20 years of experience.
Experience maintaining information in a CRM is required; PestPac experience preferred-CRM- 20 years of experience, Salesforce- 10 years of experience,
Previous experience working in a database and Windows-based computer environment- 20 years of experience.
Speaks clearly on the phone and writes routine reports and correspondence. Has experience
Comfortable with presenting information- Yes, has used powerpoint and other materials.
Ability to explain a technical solution to a non-technical audience- Yes, 10 years of experience
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar and pie graphs- Over 20 years of experience
Creative problem solver.-Yes
Ability to learn and retaina high level of pest control industry knowledge through online, field, and classroom training.-No issues, has experience in pest control as well
