Ā
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize homes and residential properties after damage or restoration work.
- Perform general cleaning, including floors, walls, ceilings, cabinets, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Remove debris, damaged materials, and contents as directed.
- Pack, organize, clean, and move household contents when needed.
- Assist with water, fire, smoke, and other restoration projects.
- Use cleaning equipment, tools, and products safely and properly.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Protect customers' belongings and property while working.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Complete job documentation and follow instructions from the project manager or supervisor.
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

Position Requirements
- Valid driverās license
Ā
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
