Schedule: This position will be on a 40-hour schedule (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm). May occasionally require overtime, weekends, and holidays. Â
Pay Range: $15.50 - $23.24
Key Responsibilities: Â
Adhere to corporate safety and sanitation policiesÂ
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas including restrooms, break rooms, and locker roomsÂ
Execute cleaning schedules for office areas, manufacturing spaces, and exterior groundsÂ
*Operate specialized equipment including floor scrubbers or other floor cleaning equipment, fork trucks, boom lifts, and scissor liftsÂ
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentÂ
Document completion of cleaning tasks through established checklistsÂ
*Perform high-level cleaning and maintenance work up to 45 feetÂ
Support facility needs including meeting room setup, grounds maintenance, and snow removalÂ
Maintain and inspect safety equipment including eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, etcÂ
Mix and apply floor/wall coatings according to specified ratiosÂ
*Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directedÂ
Perform miscellaneous janitorial duties as directedÂ
Other duties as assignedÂ

Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteÂ

Basic mechanical aptitudeÂ

Knowledge of LOTO proceduresÂ
Understanding of SDS and HMIS labeling standardsÂ
Basic mathematical skills for mixing solutionsÂ

Work Conditions:The majority of tasks will be performed in both manufacturingandoffice settings. Some tasks will be performed in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to: Â

Variable temperatures and weather conditionsÂ
Requires use of PPEÂ
Exposure to machinery and equipmentÂ
