The Shipping Coordinator role will ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders, maintain operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
The Associate must:Â
Perform all assigned shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties on shiftÂ
Process VR3/Warehouse production releases and support daily shipping and receiving operationsÂ
Coordinate and maintain the receiving schedule in partnership with the Scheduling Warehouse SupervisorÂ
Support ABC Recycling, Zero Landfill, and environmental compliance activitiesÂ
Order, monitor, and maintain pallets, end boards, and shipping/wrapping suppliesÂ
Process FedEx shipments, MRO requisitions, and complete system transactions using InfolinkÂ
Perform and assist with cycle counts to support inventory accuracyÂ
Have general working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsÂ
Successfully complete required forklift training, licensing and Forklift Train-the-Trainer certification; safely operate material handling equipment and support forklift training initiatives Â
Maintain electronic and paper files, records, and administrative documentation for the Shipping DepartmentÂ
Maintain flexible work availability, including providing coverage and working overtime, nights, and weekends as requiredÂ
Cross-train and provide operational support to Digital Plant Shipping/Receiving Department as business needs requireÂ
Must be willing to train designated associate to serve as backup in this roleÂ
Must understand and use the Transportation Management SystemÂ
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize workload, meet established deadlines, and consider others workloadÂ
Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace to ensure information, documents, and materials can be easily accessed by others during periods of absence. Â
Exercise sound judgment in choosing the most effective and appropriate communication method to ensure timely and accurate information sharing, including verbal, written, email and Microsoft TEAMS.Â
Actively participate on the Plant Food Safety Team and follow food safety policies, procedures, and exercise best practices in all daily work activities Â
Be willing to cross-train to provide functional coverage and support for Production area operations as business needs require.Â
The Associate must be able to:Â

Manage frequent interruptions while performing tasks requiring concentrationÂ
Interact regularly with internal departments, drivers, carriers, and vendorsÂ
Perform routine mathematical calculations related to counts, weights, and quantitiesÂ
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departmentsÂ

Work independently and as part of a team while exercising sound judgmentÂ
Maintain appropriate role boundaries and operate within the scope of assigned responsibilities and authorityÂ
Physical, Mental, and Environmental RequirementsÂ
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to:Â
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods of timeÂ
Use hands and fingers to handle and operate tools, scanners, computers, and shipping equipmentÂ
Lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials, typically up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationÂ
Operate material‑handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar devicesÂ
Perform repetitive motions associated with packaging, labeling, scanning, and data entryÂ
Sit and work at a computer for periods of time to complete shipping documentation and system transactionsÂ
The associate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, industrial noise levels, and varying temperatures in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and must be able to work safely within these conditions.Â
