About the Role:

Li'l Rizzo's Restaurants in Lake Ozark, MO is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a great first impression, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage waitlists ensure efficient seating
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Communicate wait times accurately and professionally
Coordinate with servers and floor staff to manage table availability
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general guest inquiries
Take carryout orders over the phone
Bagging carryout orders
Helping guests at the carryout counter for ordering/paying/receiving orders
Handling money and credit card paymentsfor carryout orders

Requirements:

Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
Comfortable standing for extended periods in a high-traffic environment
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable, punctual, and a team player!
