Roles and Responsibilities:Â
- An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state Â
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insuranceÂ
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level servicesÂ
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goalsÂ
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinarsÂ
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa managementÂ
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitudeÂ
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and membershipsÂ
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areasÂ
