What You’ll Do

Document Review & Preparation: Analyze and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings across Pennsylvania with guidance from experienced attorneys.
Client Interaction: Build relationships and provide clear, professional support.
Legal Research: Stay current on legal developments to support case strategy.
Case Management: Organize and manage files to ensure timely execution.
Negotiations: Learn the art of settlement and negotiation with real-world practice.

What We’re Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending admission)
No Disciplinary Actions in last 10 years.
Must be able to cover court appearances within Pennsylvania
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Team player with a proactive mindset
No prior experience required – we’ll train you!

Technology Skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfort learning new legal tech platforms. Training provided.
