What You’ll Do

  • Document Review & Preparation: Analyze and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings across Pennsylvania with guidance from experienced attorneys.
  • Client Interaction: Build relationships and provide clear, professional support.
  • Legal Research: Stay current on legal developments to support case strategy.
  • Case Management: Organize and manage files to ensure timely execution.
  • Negotiations: Learn the art of settlement and negotiation with real-world practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending admission)
  • No Disciplinary Actions in last 10 years.
  • Must be able to cover court appearances within Pennsylvania
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • No prior experience required – we’ll train you!

Technology Skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfort learning new legal tech platforms. Training provided.
